The Vigor SL is a superior aerodynamic alloy clincher wheel with the lowest possible rotational weight available. This translates to better acceleration, faster times and a lower price tag than comparable carbon wheels, without sacrificing durability or convenience. HUBS: The Vigor rims are laced to the TdF3.4 proprietary hub, designed and manufactured in the USA. The front hub has a unique 85mm wide flange placement which increases the lateral wheel stiffness by nearly 20%. The rear hub features our Patented Differential Flange Diameter, which doubles the number of pulling spokes and creates a more durable wheel. Both hubs are fully CNC machined and feature oversized axles, increasing the wheel durability and stiffness without increasing the wheel weight. FREEHUBS: CNC machined Titanium freehub body has 3 independently sprung steel pawls for a bomb-proof torque transfer system. This system is strong, simple and dependable.
SPOKE & NIPPLE: The Vigor SL wheel set features paired black, 14/17 gauge custom aero profile spokes with internal alloy nipples and nylon inserts, creating clean aerodynamic performance and superior, long-term durability. Our Patented, Jacketed Nipple Design™ and Dish Reducing design™ reduce spoke bending loads and rear wheel dish, increasing spoke life and contributing to a more durable wheel system.
