We offer a low flat rate shipping on domestic orders no matter how big or small, so from a pair of socks to a bike you get no surprizes just big savings and the confidence that Glory appreciates you business. We reserve the right to elect either USPS priority mail or UPS Ground for these orders.

Free domestic shipping is offered on many items - Glory Cycles reserves the right to elect the shipping method, either USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground, other services are considered an upgrade we will charge accordingly.

Free Ground and Priority mail shipping promotions do not apply to International Orders.

Free shipping promotions cannot be used with other promotions or sales unless offered together as a joint promotion.

Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at check out, Glory Cycles makes every effort to calculate a fair rate for product shipping including handling and packaging, if you feel your order has been incorrectly calculated proceed with the check out and make a comment in the comments box "shipping Inquiry" such orders will not be processed until the shipping has been investigated and confirmed with customer.
We offer shipping via UPS, DHL, USPS (specialty carriers by request)

International Shipping
Glory Cycles ships worldwide - Mostly we use USPS Global Priority or Express. Larger items like Bikes or wheels might have to ship with UPS or other couriers.

Rates calculated at check out are an estimate and will be confirmed before order is shipped. For more shipping details please contact us before ordering. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for further information.

Pricing Policy
In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our web site may not be available in our store. The prices displayed on our web site may not be the same as prices in our store.

Super Easy Return Policy:
It’s important to us that you are a happy customer. We understand that every item you purchase may not work out for you. In light of this, we offer our customers a Super Easy Return Policy. You may return an unused item, for any reason, within 30-days of purchasing the item. Your credit card or paypal account will be credited upon our receipt of the item.

There is one exception to this, which is that we do not accept returns on special orders or custom orders.

Here is how it works:

  1. Obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number from a member of our sales team. Contact a member of our sales team via email,cycling@glorycycles.com, or call us at 866-513-3360.
  2. Box up your item; include in the box, all original item packaging and a copy of your RA number.
  3. Address your return to:

  1. Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will refund your money to you via the means originally used to purchase the item, for example, credit card or PayPal. After we apply the refund to a credit card, it may take 24 to 48 hours to be seen electronically on the account. As for monthly paper statements, it can take up to one or two billing cycles before you see the refund printed in your statement. PayPal refunds are immediate.

More on Returns:

  • If you are concerned about your return being damaged or lost on its way back to us, please know, it is your responsibility to insure the "returned" package.
  • All clothing and shoe returns must be in a condition of never worn and with all tags still attached.
  • If you would, please include a reason for your return. We always have an "ear to the ground" on what makes customers happy or unhappy with the products we sell. Knowing why something didn’t work for you helps us in knowing which products work for our customers and products that don´t.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your purchased item for another item on our website, place another order online, and we´ll credit you for your return once it´s received.

Warranties:

Please note that any applicable shipping charges are not covered by the manufacturers and are billed to the customer. We will find you the best rate possible but are not responsible for shipping costs for warranty items.

  • Warranty items are different to "normal returns" in that we are a third party to the warranty transaction between our customers and the product´s manufacturer. Rest assured, we do our best to resolve all warranty issues as quickly and cost effectively for our customers as possible. We are always on your side and do our best to keep you happy with all your purchases from Glory. We stand behind our products and our customers!
