HED Freehub Body 
Hed replacement freehub bodies.
Blue, Black, Red for newer hubs:
2009 and newer Sonic Hubs utilize a 15mm axle to increase stiffness and decrease weight. Both Campy and Shimano available. End caps are specific to cassette (Campy or Shimano) configuration. Cassette body is blue, black or red.
Gold and Black for older hubs.
Gold cassette bodies have a smaller 12mm diameter axle. This cassette body was used on most HED. wheels built approximately 2006 – spring 2008. Spacer position and wheel dish are changed to accommodate the spacing differences from Shimano to Campy. Cassette body is gold.
